           Kanji bhai (Paresh rawal ) runs a small shop in the market and  his  shop become the victim of earthquake and  he claims the insurance , but was rejected by the company calling it a  act by god   

paresg rawal plays a very humors role and fight a case against god  the babs who and priest of big temples temple finally he won the case in a dramatic and humorous way  .
